Mac client double click and locked camera glitch

For about 30 games in a row I have had the double click and locked camera glitch and it has been bugging me since I am at a severe disadvantage since I can't move around the map with the unlocked camera like I am used. I have footage from a game in which I did have this problem. This is when the gameplay has started so that you can see what is going on. (p.s. I am sorry that I am annoying in this video i really wanted be funny as it was to try to be a fun night with my friends). This bug I do feel ruins the experience and I hope right fixes it. I feel like it is also the mac client as i have never heard of a person on PC have this problem.
