[Game play] Soraka's E on Enemy Ezreal

When Soraka casts her 'E' Ezreal is able to use his Arcane Shift despite being in the silenced area and not actually walking out of it. I don't currently have a screen shot because if I try and take one while in leauge my computer will think its an error and close the program down. My boyfriend who was spectating my game (while sitting beside me) also saw this happen more than once. This happend in three different games against three different Ez's. I also noticed that the Passive will turn on and off despite me being within the range and them still being lower than 40 percent. It turns off, slows me down then turns on again once they die?
