"Cant Move" Bug FIX? 2015

This is a bug that has been affecting me quite a lot recently during ranked games and normal games. Randomly when in a middle of a match there come a moment where I cannot move my champion, ping, talk in chat, or even buy items. Basically cant do crap. After this happens the 'Attempting to Reconnect' icon appears even though my ping and FPS is normal. Please can someone do something about this bug as it is literally costing me games and promos. Thanks.

Btw the link is not me i found someone with a similar situation that uploaded a video.

I get this bug almost every other game, I really hope they fix it

I cant move in game.Normal and in ranked,show me atrmpting to reconect pls fix this.Not work ping or buy items or write to the chat. How fic this bug ?!
