Match History Works for any region I try except NA

I get a blank screen anytime I try to use match history for NA. i can view it just fine for other regions, it is just NA with the issue. I have mediacom internet. I have tried hard refreshing, clearing cache and cookies, and even tried that chrome extension that guy posted as well as his firefox one. Tried on every browser. Nothing is working. Any idea what the issue could be here?
