Game Crash at Blue buff

After 30 games of starting a new account (this one has lower priority queue), I finally figured out why my PC crashes! The crash is blue screen of death (the windows :( blue screen) It happens specifically on the blue buff and only blue buff. If it happens for me to see or fight the blue buff myself it makes the game crash. Currently, I'm killing it without looking (my view is on top for example) but makes it hard for mages, and it happens randomly every so often when I look at blue buff (some1 is killing it) It literally makes the game unplayable for many people. Because of the whole bug, I'm considered a deserter and have lower queue priorities. Even tho I reconnect after approx. 4min (syst restart and run lol again)

looking on the board and Reddit this** bug is in existence for a longer time for a couple of seasons.** I can't attach pictures or reports since the whole pc crashes (no bugsplat)
