Gameplay lag

I've been having a problem after patch 9.2 dropped where characters are lagging while walking even though my FPS and MS are fine, I've also experienced animations not showing up at all such as invisible Jinx ult, jungle camps spawning out of thin air and my personal favorite backwards Xayah q. i have linked a video where the blue buff appears out of nothing as an example. I have tried fixing the client but it hasn't helped. Please help me if you can [sg-soraka]
