Can't buy Raptor Cloak, on Twisted Treeline

I was buying the support item Talisman of Ascension, and I couldn't purchase Raptor Cloak. The item doesn't exist on Twisted Treeline, but You can still complete the item, but can't buy one of the components for it. The item still had the effects of Raptor Cloak when completed.

I can confirm. It was annoying, not gamebreaking. Still it messes up the build path.
