[GAMEPLAY] Akali Q Not Dealing Damage (Sometimes)

Sometimes when activating the q on champions and monsters/minions the effect does not deal damage. This only happens very infrequently, but sometimes it changes the outcome of a fight as seen in the video above.

I then went into a custom game afterwards to check this. After many, many, many activated q's (maybe like 150?) I finally got something questionable. It's as simple as q-AA.
