6.10 Patch Bug removes swains bonus true damage option.

With the newest change to mountain drake in patch 6.10, I believe riot accidentally removed swain's damage amplification on his true damage options. ignite has always been core on him because your ignite hits for 20% more than a normal ignite. this also goes the same for smite if for whatever reason you are playing jungle swain. your e used to amplify his damage dealt to monsters but not anymore with the new change.
