My system basic specs:

  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
  • RAM: 4.0 GB
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit ----> (Windows 10 Anniversary Edition)

What helped me was I installed Adobe AIR. Click here

It didnt automatically install the prerequisite software before downloading the actual game. You may want to check your installed programs and see if it is listed.

Something that may help you if you have windows 10 is to see if you can enable .NET Framework 3.5:

To check if the .NET Framework 3.5 is available in Control Panel and to enable it, please follow these steps:

a) Press "Windows Logo" + "R" keys on the keyboard. b) Type "appwiz.cpl" in the "Run" command box and press "ENTER". c) In the "Programs and Features" window, click on the link "Turn Windows features on or off". d) Check if the ".NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" option is available in it. e) If yes, then enable it and then click on "OK". f) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation and restart the computer, if prompted.
