Computer freezing when trying to alt tab during loading screen

At the moment after preaseason hit everytime i alt tab during the loading screen my entire computer freezes which results in me having to force a shutdown by holding the power button. Sure i can just not alt tab but repeadetly i have forgotten about this issue and got a ban because of it its really getting on my nerves and it worked fine before the path.
