(CLIENT) I could not get into the game!!! Riot please help :(

I was going into the game after champ select, but instead, the client shut down and the game resulted in a BugSplat screen. I tried clicking into it again, but it did not work out. so I had to shut the whole computer down and restart it, which was apparently not enough time to get back into the game, and it resulted in a demotion and five 20-min bans. This was unfair, as my computer was working perfectly fine. i do not mind about the demotion, but please do something about this, and possibly get my 20 min bans off please. Thanks
