Can't click or move or do anything in game mouse and keyboard not working in game only

Hi

This just started happening to me today, no idea why, I played yesterday no problem.

I am on Windows 10, on creator's update.

Now when I get into a game I can't click/move my character or level any abilities or buy from store or anything. Typing worked, intermittently.

I restarted the game, my computer and the game, and then even reinstalled LOL to no avail.

Any ideas? Thanks. As of now league is unplayable.
