League of Legends Windows 10 Game Freezes every 2 or 3 games at the start. (PLEASE HELP)

This has been going on for a week and a half now. I can't enjoy the game because once I start to get on a winning streak the game decides to randomly freeze on me. I never have this problem and I shouldn't because my computer is fairly new. I updated all my drivers, set my battery settings to max performance, defragged my hard drive, deleted and reinstalled league, used the hextech repair tool, and adjusted fps settings in game, set the client to low spec mode. I don't understand why it only happens when I play league and no other game. The whole game freezes and I can't hear any sound. The screen doesn't go black either it just freezes at the point the game froze at but I can move my mouse. I can't alt tab or close it through task manager either. I can open the task manager but nothing closes. The only way to get back into the game is through shutting down my laptop and starting it up again. and by the time I load back in 3-5 mins of the game has already passed and I either lose LP due to remake or the inability to come back since Im level 1 and my laner is 6 levels above me with ult and at the same I am getting dived by the jungler. If anyone is experiencing the same problem, or knows how to fix it, please reply. This is really ruining the fun I have when playing this game and is honestly pissing me off so much.
