[CLIENT] PROMO FROM BRONZE TO SILVER ENDED AFTER TWO LOST GAMES

I won my first 2 promo matches in the series but unfortunately I lost the 3rd and the 4th game. The series suddenly ended here. Is this normal? Don't you have to win or loose 3 games before it ends?
