Iron Solari Leona shop bug.

I just loaded up in champ select, and I was able to view the Iron Solari skin. Does this happen every time, or was this a one time thing?

Hmm, that could be why. I own the skin, so it would make sense that it's showing up.

Seems how that was how i found this bug, i just bought the skin and it is showing up for me now.

From asking people noone that doesnt have it can view it, is that on purpose or a bug?

There's a lot of skins that don't show up in the list if you don't own them... take a look at teemo, 2 skins will not show up in the skin select screen if you don't own them. Same with Nosferatu Vlad. I don't know if it's intentional, but a lot of skins don't show up on many champs if you do not own them. :|
