Mirror Splash Art (Solved, Not a Bug)
Under the 5.21 patchnotes in the client menu, clicking on the Zombie Nunu link for upcoming skins will give you a mirrored splash art from the other links.

Not a bug, Nunu's splash art is a mirrored version.
This is fairly common on "group pictures", it was also done with some of the playing card skins (Ez's Ace of Spades, Morde's King of Clubs, etc)
