Need to fix consumable runes(Total biscuits of everlasting will) or fix the remake time

Played a game were we could not remake due to an afk having this rune, Total biscuits of everlasting will. This rune works every 3 mins, due to this this overlaps the remake time also 3 mins. Causing my team to unable to remake.

Solution: make Biscuits every 3 mins or Make remake timer lower 2:30ish
