Shaco bug with Devourer.

It seems that im getting like 8-10 wolves on my Devourer. All im doing is my basic jungle clear. And more wolves just kept coming. I havnt tried to repeat it yet, but it can be seen by the whole game. It's also causing really bad unit collision making me stuck in place. Aperently all my screen shoots didnt save anywhere? well i wish i could attack my proff. :/

EDIT: re went into a custom game and got SS now. Still dont know whats causing it but it is repeatable.
