Random Block of Friends and refund of skin

So I logged in to my account and I had RP that I didn't buy. I thought it was weird and I checked and I was missing Dragon Trainer Tristiana. I looked in my purchased history and all my refunds where gone. Also a bunch of my friends where blocked and I didn't knew why or how. Can someone explain.
