reconnecting

I have a problem when i get disconnected or i restart the client in a game, the game wont enter me again when i reconnect again and give me a message while loading (you have disconnected. please check your internet connection and try again) always when i reconnect this message appears to me i don't know what is the problem. NOTE I don't have any problem with my internet connection or rowtar. i need help about that i don't know what can i do cuz this problem make me lose matches and make me go afk not in purpose and losing with getting bans :S
