(OCE) Ranked Flex Bug? [CLIENT]

My friends and I play Ranked Flex 5v5 and we're all different ranks. Our ranks are Diamond I, 2 Diamond IIs, Diamond III and Platinum 1. The restrictions when we try to invite each other says that we can only invite people between Diamond 2 and Platinum 3. My friend is Platinum 1 but he's the only one that's unable to join our lobby even though it fulfills the ranked restriction.
