[Client] Matchmaking bans

Alright so when u have a matchmaking ban and you start a queue you normaly have to wait a certain amount of time (depending on your ban) without being able to interact with anything on the client exept from leaving the queue. Well if you disable your internet connection and re-enable it then it will bring you back to the queue and you will be able to interact witht he client even though when banned you are not supposed to.
