I didn't get the victorious Maokai skin I am gold does anyone know when riot is going to fix this,rito plz

Understand, that Riot has to send out at least millions of this skin, and if you don't own Maokai then him too. It will obviously take time. Just be patient and you'll get your skin ^^
It isn't just for NA, It's for every region. In this region gold is Aprox. 200,000. Other regions have a lot of gold players too. And also there are about 70 million players. So it stacks up
