Report and honor

I just noticed that if you report someone, you can still honor him, but when you honor someone you can't report him, doesn't make sense to me. Not sure if it's bug or is it the way it should be. (This happened to me while reporting/honoring enemy team). Reported 2 afks, still could honor them; honored 2 guys, couldn't report them (I wouldn't report them anyway)) [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

It's not a bug, but they intend to do something about that later on. If I had to guess, it'd be when they are working on a new Honor system (which will have to wait for the Client Update).
