Client picking champion bug

Hey, I am recently dealing with picking champion issue. It looks like enemy team player is currently picking with 0 time counter, and after a while, game creation panel is shut down just like if some1 had left. After few times I realized it was me leaving game, not enemy team player. Because of that bug I have been punished to wait 5 minutes before every game... That's sad. Can u check that issue?
