Blue essence dissapearing and bought champion not appearing bought

Ok so i just wanted to unlok lux i got a champ shard for her and i sold it i had 2007 be and it brought me down to 1700 something.I went to the chanpion store and bought udyr and i had then 370 be and he wasnt showing up in collection champ select and i restarted league of legends and still it was the same please help.Thank you
