Any Windows 10 fix as of yet?

Game won't open. Crashes immediately with "PVP.net Patcher Kernel has stopped working; A Problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available" Yes I know Windows 10 isn't a good idea, and I wish my roommate didn't think him updating my computer for me was "helpful" sigh. I just opened a ticket because I read that it was supposedly fixed, but mine is still down. I've tried a full uninstall and reinstall.
