CHAMP SELECT SCREEN FREEZES

Never happened to me in like five years, but now it happens at least one game out of three: I get to champ select, and when the counter hits "0", the screen just freezes. And I can't pick, I can't lock, and then all I can do is just close the program, which OBVIOUSLY results in me losing LP points. I lost AT LEAST 20 LP points just because of this, and now I'm perceived as a quitter WHICH I'M NOT! I never leave or afk during a game, but this bug forces me to quit and lose LP and I am just infuriated right now. Please please please can you try to look into it ? Because I'm not the only one, I've done research and other players had the same issue too. And honestly losing LP like this is really really making me mad. Thank you for your help.

Same thing is happening to me Stuck at zero I don't know if I should leave or what lol

Same thing happened to me a few days ago. I was in my promos, the client froze just like you described, and it counted my "disconnect" as a loss. I know it wasn't a connection issue with my internet because my brother was in the lobby and had no issues and we were playing in the same room. Super frustrating when this happens in ranked, let alone promos.

I had the same issue a few days ago during my series to rank up and it looks like Riot is taking their sweet time fixing it.
