[Client] Client not entering pick/ban lobby

After clicking the Accept button on the queue pop, the client "enters" pick/ban lobby, as in I can hear the timer ticking and the noise of champions being banned/picked, but the client itself still displays the "front page" of the client. It then ends up giving me a dodge penalty as I am unable to pick a champion in time, resulting in lost LP.

Also as a sidenote about the forums themselves, the "Posting as" below the message box is displaying a name I had 2 name changes ago.
