[Japanese client] Name in chat shows up as Account name (I think)

Notice user "KPiEm7H5XV0" saying gg; no summoner with that name was in this game. This looks like an account name though, which seems like a big security risk.

(note: I'm using Japanese client on JPN account as part of beta test) (note #2: look at that beastly vi score..../cough)
