PBE Problems?

Got on the PBE today and found a number of issues after the "bug fixing" riot did to the PBE. For starters, as I found in most games, no champion could use their passive. I played against a Graves who couldn't even use his shotgun because of this issue. Next, in a game I was playing as Kai'sa, I couldn't auto attack, at all. I had to allow her to try and auto attack on her own to even hope of doing any damage outside of her W. And finally, there was this weird purple circle around her that was about range of a Jhin W, It appeared throughout the whole game and was just painful to look at with how bright it was. Oh, and not to mention the issues with pinging and wards.
