[Gameplay] Fiora's Riposte and Talon Q (Passive Indicator Bug)

Fiora's Riposte blocks one of Talon's abilities, so the passive mark that should apply with that ability obviously shouldn't apply, but visually the bug makes it appear like it did, stacking your passive anyway. When you go and try to basic attack her to proc the passive nothing happens because the mark wasn't really applied. It's a visual bug.

To replicate:

1. Put two stacks of Talon's Passive on Fiora with W
2. Riposte Talon's Q
3. Try to proc passive with auto attacks
