Game Breaking bug with kindred

Hi, here's a video of Vandiril and I think needs a lot of attention and I didn't see any post about it on the boards in the past days so here it is.

There's actually a way to ignore the 4 minute cooldown mark on champions when playing kindred.

I tested it with a friend in a custom games and it's really easy to do and very exploitable. All you have to do if to press shift+ the function key that the ennemy appear in your bar, (if he's the first on your marks bar then hit shift+f2 for exemple.
