ARAM Skin Boost works for teammates but I dont see any unlocked skins myself

Seems to work properly the first game of the night, but my second and on games when I skin boost my team, they all are able to see that I boosted them and pick a skin but no skin unlocks for me and the chat log does NOT show "Summoner has unlocked skin boost for your team, you will earn 200IP...." If I re-log it fixes it for the first game but I shouldn't have to re-log after EVERY single game.
