caitlyn is broken!

Caitlyn is broken! on several occasions across several games, I have noticed that Caitlyn auto attacks and traps do not work properly. they will apply on hit effects and grant vision but will not count for damage. and most of the time the autos act as if they have been cancelled. but I have witnessed my lane partner follow through with the auto and it still didn't count. we lost lane and died several times because of that phenomena. attacks always work on minions so why not champions too? riot pls! fix it!
