Didnt get Credit for ranked win/Not in history

Had a recent ranked game with jinx and I got no credit or recognition for the game in my elo. it isnt even in my match history but it is on OP.GG's I looked up a couple different cases like this and none have been resolved. please help me out riot.

To give a little bit of info - when the game was still in champ select i disconnected and had to reconnect to chat before the game started. i had a little bit of lag during the game and once we won i couldnt get to part with all the dmg charts and scores. I'd like the elo since im trying to climb as much as possible but 1 game isnt a huge deal. Rito pls!
