[Gameplay] Ezreal ult deals no damage

I was playing on Twisted Treeline, and all game long Ezreal's ult did no damage to champions - it just passed through them without dealing damage. The same happened to minions sometimes; the caster minions would take damage, but not the melee ones. This was not very consistent, though.

I don't play Ezreal on Twisted Treeline a lot, so I don't know if it would happen again if I were to play another game and try to reproduce it, but I can get a recording of the bug through my match history, if that helps.
