Lol will not open

So when I first opened Lol this afternoon, I logged into the new client as usual. Then, the button that would normally say play was loading like it was updating. Then the window exited out. I tried to relaunch the client, but it wouldn't open for some reason. Is it the client, or just my computer? Help!

im doing a full repair u ought to do it as well im having same issues

I did the same update and now I am getting a RADS error. I tried reinstalling the client with no luck.
