Lag on West Coast

Why is it that Rito can tell me my internet is good, but a bad connection to the server, and still give me leaverbuster? You have the results but instead of trying to work with players, nope insta leaverbuster when I didnt leave but instead I lagged out from your servers with perfect internet... thx rito -.-
