[GAMEPLAY] Cass still doesn't make a sound when she casts her abilities

Not sure if this has already been fixed on the Public Test, but before Cassiopeia's rework in May, she used to say a little "Ha!" or make a hissing sound when she would use her Q, W, and E, and she would breathe in and scream when you would use her ult. Now, she doesn't say anything, you can hear the ability effects but cass doesn't make a peep.

The reddit post above has video links for an example, and that same post has a post from Riot Repertoir saying that he'll try to get it fixed. It still isn't fixed. Please fix this, many of us very much enjoyed our noisy snake as it added more to her identity and fear to her opponents.
