Draft pick CSS glitch

After accepting a match in normal draft mode, I am sometimes immediately brought back to the main menu when I should be brought to the champion select screen. The music and SFX are playing but there is no champ select. When I try to queue up again while this is happening, I get an error message that is shown in the image. This forces me to dodge the queue. This currently only happens in normal draft mode.
