[GAMEPLAY BUG] ON KATARINA

I was playing katarina for 30 mins and suddenly i realized that i can't use my q,r,and b button. It's also not working on clicking the image of the skill. However, It could be solved if you die for once but i spent all my time on restarting the game and lost my game at last. Plz fix this bug and i'm sure it's a bug last for 2 months at least.

It has been. I've brought it up and so have others (I have a few links going to other posts about this very problem / bug).

I'm just looking at it as a make-shift Kat nerf to lower the win ratings and to get folks away from playing her for whatever reason.
