Cyber Pop Zoe Q indicator bugged

When using Cyber Pop Zoe, your Q indicator is static and doesn't move, compared to when you don't use the skin. When using classic Zoe your Q indicator moves, if you move your character, flash with your character, ult with your character or any of those combined. This doesn't appear to happen with Cyber Pop Zoe, making the skin gameplaywise worse than the classic skin (which is a shame since I've spend actual money on it).
