Bug: Severe? Brand's Ult

I haven't had a terrible amount of time to test this due to work, but I have been playing pretty much exclusively brand.

When using brand's ultimate, I'm noticing it seems to always prioritize champions regardless of ablaze status. I can simply cast my ult without any other abilities and even if the champion hit is in a non-ablaze minion wave it will hit that champion 3 times.

In addition, if there are two champions in a minion wave and I cast it on a minion, it will not bounce back to the minions unless the champions are to far apart.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I'll try to get some videos of it with a friend when I'm able.

To add, I have been using the new skin on him (I've heard of weird skin based bugs before) & DFT keystone. Liandri's, Blue gold gen, and rylais are items I build every game.
