New Rune Pages Not Appearing in Champ Select

Just bought two more rune pages, filled one out with the intention to test it my next game, only to find that neither of the new pages appeared in my list of rune pages in champ select. Restarted the client and waited several hours and still having the same problem. So I'm effectively unable to use the new pages.
