Sated Devourer on VI

so i was testing Devourer on VI, and i was kinda confused with it, so my first hit apply 1 stack of denting blow (which should be 2 because i had sated devourer at the time) then on my second hit it did apply 2 hit denting blow, triggering the bonus damage and attack speed, and i didn't really observed it but i think when i hit something it apply 1 stack then i used Q to apply the second stack, then somehow the stack count get kinda weird (i didnt really observed this though, but maybe while you're at it you could check it out i was vi using the stalker blade - sated devourer

devourer applies on hit effects to the second basic attack. every other basic attack will trigger devourer's effects. i have also played with devourer on teemo, its a pretty cool item for applying on hit effects.

I just tried sated devourer on vi, i was doing decent, but my top lane was feeding (it was our singed against a fiora). When i got my devourer, i stayed in the jg most of the time. ganking only to relieve pressure on lanes. i was 1/3/3 and the team kills was 9 kills for us and 24 for them. That was before i got sated. then once i hit 30 stacks, every team fight was a win for us. I was always alive in the end. and 2v1 was completely easy. i destroyed the squishies in a matter of 3 seconds and the tanks were just obliterated. We caught up 34 kills for us to 37. we ended up winning cause of all the team fights.

Bolded part is incorrect. Read the item description more closely, this is working as intended.
