[Client] Home Page wont load

Not sure if the link/picture works there, but every time I launch league it freezes my computer for a solid minute as it tries to load anything, and then the home page simply shows everything as a black box, some with the text still showing. Not sure how common a bug it is, but my empty home page is a sad little place...
