Champion Capsule is missing

So I leveled up from lvl 80 to 81 it was written that I received a champion capsule but when I checked my inventory I didn't find it.

Same. I didn't recieve lvl 153 capsule when I leveled up. It was bugged too, didnt lvl up in the match when I had enough xp so I had to play one more to try and trigger the lvl ul animation. Still didn't get it.
