I have gotten or played in games with S ranks 30 or more times this season and have not received a Chest in weeks, I got 6 S ranks straight and received nothing, I believe that even if the drop rates are low a 30% drop rate seems unlikely. Some help here would be nice, I can provide match histories as proof, but I play a lot and S ratings are not displayed anywhere I can find.
if you already have the box on the champ you cant get a box or if you have maxed out on chests for that month you cant get anymore
You can only earn one chest per champion per season. Once you earn a chest while playing as a certain champion, you will be unable to earn anymore chests while playing as that champion until next season. If you play only one or a few champions, then you will only earn one or a few chests.
